I managed to get an excellent discount on my new car. The process was easy to deal with, and the communication from Harley was excellent, both by email and by phone. Except for a small deposit, I only had to pay for the vehicle once it had been delivered to my home and I had inspected it. Would definitely use again.

I was apprehensive about buying a car online especially as NewUKCars had just changed its name which always leads to doubts. But I did the background checks (Companies House etc) and the same people were in place (Ryan and Harley Bennett) which gave some comfort.
I had nothing to worry about as the service was excellent, communication top notch and the prices very good (the discount on my Kia was twice what I could secure from a main dealership).
The car was delivered when promised direct from a Kia dealership and was faultless.
It’s also reassuring to have an honest payment arrangement with a small deposit (they encourage payment of this by credit card for customer protection) and final payment only after delivery and inspection.
Ryan and Harley were always on hand to answer questions without delay.

Great experience.
I was a little worried as first but after speaking to Harley and his team and reading previous reviews I was reassured it was safe to order a new car.
The team answered every question or concern I had during the research period.
The car was ordered at great price, arrived exactly on time, in perfect condition, followed by the log book a few weeks later.
The team also offered any help I may require within the warranty period.
I cannot fault the experience and would highly recommend this way of purchasing a new vehicle.

It's great to speak to such a polite and friendly team. Apart from the great saving you get on the price of the car, you only have to pay a small deposit and the balance is paid on delivery after inspection.
