Just bought a car from New UK Cars...

Just bought a car from New UK Cars. It was my first time buying a car this way as opposed to a dealer so I was a little unsure what to expect. However, it was an easy, seamless process and the team kept me updated throughout. The car was delivered on schedule and I paid after delivery with no issues. It was a breath of fresh air not having to play the price game with a dealer. This was the best price on the market and could not be matched. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

This was my first purchase of a car using a broker rather than a dealership. As most reviewers who have experienced this position have stated, it is quite a stressful decision to make for such a high-cost on-line purchase; but New UK Cars (NUC) reduces this by allowing you to only pay the full balance of the purchase once you have inspected the car and it is acceptable to you. Further, the benefits in terms of ease, convenience, avoidance of the dealership showroom sales frustration and most of all the cost savings make this all worth it!

My purchase was handled by Ryan and Harley and they made this purchase very straightforward, making me feel more comfortable; considering this was my first car purchase made in this manner. They are both professional, businesslike and extremely helpful throughout the purchase process and communication is excellent, often delivering both the essential information along with guidance and advice that was gratefully received.

When my car was delivered, I found the dealership vehicle preparation and independent professional driven delivery service to be excellent. The car was presented in pristine condition and where possible, with the original factory protective coverings in place. The driver who delivered the vehicle was professional and I did not feel rushed in examining the car. Also, although it was probably not part of his delivery task, he offered a quick introduction to controls and some helpful advice which I appreciated.

In summary, this purchase was very straightforward, made possible by NUC's excellent customer service and support. Thank you both for offering this alternative to making a new car purchase and for enabling me to realize the savings made.

Always helpful to answer any questions. Value for money buying a car this way. This is the third new car I have bought from them. Kept to promised delivery dates. Did not have to pay for the car until I was satisfied that it was in prime condition.

Right from the start of the process of buying our new car until it was delivered to us, we were kept informed at every stage. All phone calls and emails were answered quickly and efficiently.
The money we saved was amazing. There was never any pressure placed on us and we paid the balance of the money for the car after it was delivered and inspected. This was a new way of buying a car for us, but we would definitely do it again without hesitation. Thank you Ryan and Harley!

AMAZING!!
I came across this company by accident on the internet.
I asked them to quote me for a car and the price they came back with was to put it mildly it bowled me over. It was £10000 cheaper than the best dealer offer. I THOUGHT IT MUST BE A SCAM.
I took a leap of faith.Got back to them and placed the order.
Just over 2 weeks later the brand new car arrived on a transporter on my drive.
In all my years I've never had such a fantastic deal.
Ryan and Harley's communication and professionalism was outstanding.

Third new car from NewUKCars

This is the third new car we have bought with the help of Ryan and Harley at New UK Cars Ltd. Each purchase was handled efficiently in a friendly fashion and we were supplied all paperwork by email giving a written record and we could easily contact them by phone when needed. Though there was a long delay at the factory for a the specific model we wanted, we were kept informed throughout. A few of the high street dealer frills were not available, but the heavily discounted price more than made up for this. The car was supplied exactly to our order and handover was completed seamlessly, and all paperwork promptly delivered. Payment by bank transfer was acknowledged quickly.

Overall an excellent way of buying a new car. We have encouraged all our friends to use this service. We have also used their associated selling service, Motorway, quickly obtaining very good prices.

Very nice and friendly but efficient, gave comprehensive information, good price. Car delivery was delayed but not the fault of this company!
