Worth the wait
I order a Nissan Qashqai 1.6 diesel on the 11th July 2014 my first experience of online discount car purchasing. I was initially given a 10 to 12 delivery and I was eventually informed the car would leave the factory on the 17th October. This did no happen and I was informed the car had been put on a back order with an unknown delivery date. This was apparently due to the demand and supply of the Diesel engine. Brian Bennett was most helpful and thought a 1.2 petrol may suit my requirements. I had a test drive and was pleasantly surprised and said I would go with this. The car was delivered within a week and delivery went as planned despite my initial concerns. I would recommend uk car discount for anyone who has not tried this type of car purchase before. The only point I would make is don't expect to be continually updated regarding the progress of the order.

Extremely easy people to deal with and fantastic prices also. Did everything they said they would do and delivered the car to me on selected date with no problems whatsoever , I will definitely deal with the company again. Obviously a little trepidation to start with but once I spoke on the phone to Brian and his colleagues things soon became clear and any concerns I had were addressed satisfactorily .
Fantastic - can't recommend highly enough!
This was the first time that i had even considered buying a car on the internet, so was a little nervous. Tested cars out in the dealerships and chose Nissan but they offered me literally 'list price' even though i was clear that i was a serious buyer. Over £2,000 cheaper through UK car discounts though Nissan did follow me up a week later and reduced their 'best price' by nearly £1,000 so still much cheaper at UKCD. Ordered over the phone, very knowledgeable assistant and got delivery date which was the same as from local dealer. Paid deposit by credit card then week before got more details and arranged delivery. Arrived clean and delivery mileage only. One tiny problem with stereo SD card which delivery man and UKCD sorted before handover - car working fine and very pleased wife!
Surprising easy and hassle free
Was very hesitant at first as I had never bought such a high value purchase over the net and email. Once I paid the £500 deposit I got a confirmation phone call to discuss delivery dates and options. It was going to take longer because I had asked for a couple of added options. Anyway I got 19.5% off the list price for my Fiesta. I was happy with that. Saving around £3,500. The car arrived on the day I requested with 7 miles on the clock on a low loader. I then went on the net and paid the remaining amount via internet bank transfer. I would definitely recommend them.
Friendly & professional service
I have now bought two cars via UK Car Discount. On both occasions I saved a lot of money against the list price of the vehicles. Their service is friendly and professional at all times.
No Problems a Simple & First Class Service
Ordering was simple over the phone. Paid the deposit by credit card and selected a provisional delivery date which I change later to suit me. Delivery of my Nissan Qashqai came on the day I wanted with no problems. after inspecting the vehicle I then transferred the remaining balance. Tax disc arrived around a 1 week later followed a week or so after by the log book.
I would recommend UK Car Discount as the buying process went smoothly and it saved me money compared to the local dealer
Qashqai delivered to spec
A couple of weeks late, but the car had heavy demand. First time we did this and despite a few chases to see if everything was on still on target, everything went great. Not the cheapest, but the best payment arrangements. Would definitely use them next time.
Great value, personal service - no need for dealer
I was doubtful at first when I placed my deposit, too good to be true? But all went well and smoothly. The car arrived on the scheduled date and time with the delivery guy coming exactly when I needed him to. A quick whizz round the controls and then I drove to work in my new car and paid via Internet banking from the office. So easy. Documents arrived as expected about 3 weeks later. No qualms about recommending these guys. Dealers could come nowhere near the price.
