My new car arrived yesterday and I'm very pleased not only with the car but the excellent service from UKCarDiscount. I was initially a bit wary of buying a big-ticket item such as this "on-line" but Brian and the team were very helpful, answering all my questions with patience and understanding. The process is very straightforward and they kept me informed of the progress of my order and then the delivery day.

Very poor service
Very poor service. I ordered a car on 4th June. I was assured twice in August delivery was on schedule for September. In the final week of September my car was cancelled and the deposit returned. The cancellation was communicated by email, a telephone call would have been the least I would have expected from a reputable company.

I was a little anxious at making such a large purchase online so I researched all of the various companies out there. I chose UK Car Discount as not only were the prices and reviews good but I liked the do not pay for your car until recieved and checked by you policy.
