New car purchase - October 2020
Generally the service received from UK Car Discount was very good. They responded to emails after I had sent them one. However, I felt that they could have been a tad more proactive in providing updates to me, rather than me having to chase them. My car was delayed longer than originally expected and I needed to be kept up-to-date with developments.
Nevertheless the team was always polite and friendly and I would certainly be happy to use them again in the future.

ordered in june for delivery by oct. 8th and arrived to my home
on oct.5th. at 9.30 am.
then i was able to visit my local 2nd hand dealer who
transfered the agreed price to my bank a/c before later
in the day paying UK Car Discount ! FANTASTIC service at
every level.

I was a bit wary to start with, prices are way lower than at a dealer - there must be a catch surely?
NO - simple order process, very friendly, they keep you in the loop every step of the way. All done from your own home.
Even when I ran into problems making the final payment - they were on hand to offer simple advice.

My new car arrived yesterday and I'm very pleased not only with the car but the excellent service from UKCarDiscount. I was initially a bit wary of buying a big-ticket item such as this "on-line" but Brian and the team were very helpful, answering all my questions with patience and understanding. The process is very straightforward and they kept me informed of the progress of my order and then the delivery day.

Very poor service
Very poor service. I ordered a car on 4th June. I was assured twice in August delivery was on schedule for September. In the final week of September my car was cancelled and the deposit returned. The cancellation was communicated by email, a telephone call would have been the least I would have expected from a reputable company.
