It IS at arms length, but how else can you remove yourself from the sales pressure of the car dealer's showroom.
You should go chatting to people in showrooms until you sort out which car you are going to buy, Then get onto 'The Company' to do the business.

Saved thousands off a new car. Easy to order, very good service from the guys in the office and kept fully informed throughout the process. Only pay deposit then the balance after delivery and inspection. Definitely recommend.

My initial reservations of buying a car online proved to be completely unfounded. The people at UKCD were excellent; helpful, knowledgeable and professional. There was no haggling; the very good price was clear from the start, with no hidden extras. The car was trailer-delivered by a very friendly guy who talked us through the car’s various features. So only once we’d inspected it fully did we sign acceptance and pay for it. Very good service; I’d use UKCD again.
