I have just completed buying a new car through UK Discount and I can highly recommend them as they held my hand throughout the whole process. Very helpful staff and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would certainly use them in the future!

Good communication

Delay from the manufacturer that was out of their control was communicated honestly and I was given the choice to wait or pick a different car. Car arrived at 9am on the day and everything worked smoothly

took a couple of weeks longer than originally envisaged which to be fair was no fault of uk car discount - the car was damaged in transit and uk car discount rejected it - thereafter Gary bent over backwards sourcing another vehicle ensuring I received before christmas. having been nervous about buying a brand new car online i am very happy I did. thank you.

I have to say it all sound to good to be true,,,,, but it really is a great deal.
Saved £6,500 with not buying it from the dealer ,,,,,, you could have it for 12 months and sell it for the price you bought it for. First ever new car,,,,, cannot fault the service.
Discounts vary with each manufacture and model, so there is possibility's to save a bit more.

Buying my new Renault Clio has been so easy! UK Car Discount were so much more helpful than the Renault dealer and much cheaper too. I was kept informed at every stage and everything happened exactly as I was told it would. An absolutely faultless service. I will be recommending the company to anyone I know that is looking to buy a new car. I am delighted with my new car and got a higher spec car at a lower price than a lower spec car in the local Renault garage - where the customer care was also very poor. Thank you so much!
