had obvious concerns about using a non franchise outlet, but uk car discount removed all those doubts and proved an excellent company with continual guidance through the whole process.
Couldn't be easier
Great service from a great team, nothing to much trouble and as you do not pay the final payment (small deposit upfront) until the car is delivered and you have checked it over you cannot go wrong.
The first time I've used an internet car-dealer - an excellent experience and result.
This company was offered an instant firm quote including the various extras I wanted on the purchase of a Skoda VRS hatchback. They were able to offer a significantly greater discount than anyone else on the internet or in the dealer's showrooms. The car was a factory order and arrived on the day specified. Any concerns I had as a first time internet buyer were answered by their management in an accurate and friendly way. The only delay was in receiving the log book (which did arrive in the end) but that was due to a glitch at the DVLA. An excellent and easy company to deal with, I shall use them again and have recommended them to a number of friends.

Really pleased with the service provided. Rang UKCD with a couple of technical queries, all honestly answered straight away. Ordering process was very easy, car delivered on the day stated, received call asking if I could take delivery a couple of hours earlier than advised time. Car in A1 condition, as expected.
I really like the idea of being quoted a price, up front, no haggling, no hidden extras, especially when the price quoted saves me about 3K.
Will be back to UKCD when my wife's car needs replacing.

Delighted with the service from UK Car Discount
Just bought a car from UK Car Discount and was delighted with the service and great savings. I bought it from UK Car Discount rather than another similar provider as did not have to pay until after delivery apart from £1000 deposit. I must admit I was wary as to whether this could go wrong and with only paying £1000 deposit that was all I was risking. I needn't have worried at all. Everything was completely above board. Whenever I rang them they answered within minutes and the service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and have already told many of my friends as to what a good deal this is.
A few hickups
All was going well until seat said sorry we are not making that model any more (seat Ibiza st ) not there fault but annoying so we had to start again step up the seat leon st bit more but after that no problems at all this is the 2nd time i have used there service & all went like clockwork
