1st class service
This is the 4th car I have purchased over the Internet. Perfect service, saves all the haggling in a car showroom and main dealers can never match the price. Car delivered on time, with the added bonus of car mats and a quarter of tank of fuel. Would definitely use UK Car Discount again
A Straightforward Troublefree Experience
From the start of ordering a car to the end process of paying for it, it was a hasslefree experience. The staff at UK Car Discount were always friendly and helpful and throughout the transaction put my mind at rest. Their organisation is a smooth-running machine and produces excellent discounts on cars. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wishes to save thousands of pounds in buying a car. The fact that it was an internet transaction should be of no consequence to anyone as these people are expertly experienced in car selling. Also in allowing buyers to accept delivery and inspect the car before monies, other than the smallish deposit, change hands, is an added security for the purchaser. I would certainly use this company again.

I was naturally a little aprenhensive when buying an expensive item using an online vendor, but I can't speak highly enough of the service and support provided by UK Car Discount throughout the whole process. Would certainly recommend to others.

Fantastic service from start to Finnish
I can't praise the people at uk car discount enough, from when I first ordered my car to when it was delivered this morning the service I have received has been outstanding. This is the second new car we have bought through them and shall probably be doing it again in the near future, nothing is to much trouble for these guys.

Buying new vehicle
Being the first time I had used UK car discount I was a little bit apprehensive, but having used this system to buy a car and having excellent service, I have no reservations in recommending to anybody that this the way to go.

They are very easy to contact, always someone available to take your call or by e-mail which they respond to quickly. First class service, nothing is too much trouble, this is the second car from UK Car Discount, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust them 100%.

Absolutely brilliant
I bought a SKODA SUPERB DIESEL ESTATE 2.0 TDI CR SE L Executive 5dr DSG from UK Car Discount and saved £5800 on the list price. The whole process was very easy and couldn't have been more straightforward. I was slightly sceptical about paying a £1000 deposit to a company I'd never heard of, but I put it on my credit card just in case and twelve weeks later my brand new car arrived on a transporter with only 5 miles on the clock; I transferred the balance and a couple of weeks later the V5 arrived in the post. I can't see why anyone would ever buy from a dealer. All-in-all an excellent experience and my thanks to Brian for all his help.
Excellent Company and Service
I have just bought a new FORD KUGA ESTATE 1.5 EcoBoost 182 Titanium [Nav] 5dr Auto from UK Car Discount. The saving I made was over £5000, with the best saving I could get from a dealer at just over £2000.
The process of selecting my vehicle and extras on the website, was simplicity itself. I placed my order and paid a small deposit.
I was given an approximate delivery date, which was spot on. The car was delivered to my home on 02/03/16 by low loader. Car was perfect and, only after checking the car, did I transfer the remaining funds direct from my bank account to theirs.
Throughout the process UKCD provided immediate responses to any query I had and were thoroughly professional and polite. I have just received the reg doc in my name as first registered keeper / owner and I couldn't be more delighted with the process and service provided by UKCD and will definitely use them again to replace this car in 3 to 4 years time.
