A excellent way of buying a new car they are friendly, helpful and save you alot of money, it does not get any better.

Having never bought a car in this way before I had my reservations, well not now as this was one of the easiest and best ways I have ever used. I bought a VW Tiguan at a very good price and was quoted a reasonable 6 months delivery timescale. The car was delivered spot on when promised and delivered to my door. There were a number of calls and emails when it was ready giving me all I needed to complete the transaction and follow up call after delivery offering any assistance going forward if I need it. What can I say spot on service.
A top-notch family run company
This is family-run business that I have used on a previous occasion. In both cases all my contacts with this company have been very friendly and helpful. They also respond promptly to any email enquiries and will phone you back if you're unable to speak to the required person who is dealing with your car.
The service that they provide is absolutely first class and they deliver on all the promises that are made on their website. You cannot fault their honesty, integrity and professionalism. Did exactly what they said they would and at a good price
Purchased a Hyundai Tuscon; UK Car Discount have done what they said they would do and barring issues beyond their control, have done everything on time. Prices were very competitive, but the clincher was paying on delivery - many other companies want payment before you've seen the car.
Although the car was undamaged it was grubby when it arrived so first ownership task is an inside clean, wash and polish.
I would certainly recommend UK Car Discount and will buy again; just be aware that your new car will be driven some distance!
Totally reassured
I admit we were nervous purchasing a car this way. We had always previously used the services of the local main dealers. But the service has been friendly and responsive and everything appeared to have been thought about in advance. My shiny new car is now sat proudly on my driveway!

First experience buying a new car online and I’m very impressed. Brian and the team are great, give all the information needed and are very responsive to questions and requests for updates. Despite there being delivery delays currently across the industry they chased regularly for me and I have no doubt kept me better informed than a dealer would have. Great price, great service, I will definitely use them again.

First time ordering a new car with UK Car Discount,took a bit longer to arrive than I anticipated,due to COVID lockdowns and chip shortages.All the team gave honest answers when I asked when delivery would be,when the car did arrive it was perfect and the payment transaction was done after I had inspected the vehicle.I would definitely recommend UKCD to anybody considering a new car.

I have been monitoring UK Car Discount for a number of years so I felt reasonably confident in placing my order for a new car with them. Everything from start to finish was so easy and explained fully along the way. The discount they offer is really worth taking into account, and the new car was on my drive with only a relatively small deposit paid at the start of the process, and only then had to pay in full.
