A very professional service again on my second purchase from UK Car Discount without car dealers selling you the wrong model and tacking on lots of extras.
Buy Direct from Audi Dealer
Picked my wifes new 22 plate Audi A1 up from Tamworth Audi, on 4/04/2022 after ordering the vehicle January 2022, this was after ordering the same vehicle from UK Car Discount July 2021 and 2 weeks before build January 2022 just getting an email that the car order was cancelled and £1,000 deposit back, wasted 6 months.

It appears from the provocative title and nature of your review that you completely ignored our detailed explanations of the manufacturer’s production issues.
We have explained extensively over the phone and in writing that uk car discount do not manufacture vehicles; we rely wholly upon the automotive supply chain, which has been severely disrupted due to the worldwide pandemic.
There are thousands of industry articles and videos explaining in great detail the catastrophic effect of the pandemic on the automotive supply chain, and the overwhelming majority of our customers understand the negative impact this has had on our family run business.
We do everything we can to help our customers source vehicles within a reasonable timeframe; you will see from the hundreds of positive reviews on Trustpilot your experience is certainly not to our usual high standard of service.
At some point, the automotive industry will recover from the effects of the pandemic and vehicle production and supply times will improve, and delivery dates will become more reliable for everyone involved.

The fact that I have now purchased two cars through UK car discount says a lot. I was very satisfied the first time and happily returned for the purchase of my first car's replacement. Main dealers cannot match them on price, I did give them a chance! Very personal service when you contact them and they do what they promise.

Fantastic buying experience along with a significant discount
I had a great experience dealing with the UK Car Discount Team and was able to secure a significant discount on my new car. The car came exactly as specified, with 9 miles on the clock as I chose to have it delivered by transporter.
Everything happened as described on the website and the only issue was the long delivery time but this was due to the global shortage of microchips, so not their fault. What they did do was keep me informed of revised dates and ultimately it arrived several weeks earlier that originally forecast.
I dealt with various members of the Bennett family through the process and all were extremely helpful, returning my calls and emails promptly.
I will use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
