I chose UK Car Discount for my new car purchase.
I found their on-line process excellent and easy to use.
I saved money by using this company and was kept updated by good customer service keeping me informed. The expected delivery date was put back however, but this was out of their control due to the shortage of electronic chips affecting the whole of the car industry. When the car was delivered I was delighted. I also used their recommended company to sell my car. All in all I was impressed with UK Car Discount and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others

Using UK Car Discount to purchase my New Ford Focus ST line X was a positive experience from beginning to end. I was told how long it would take for the car to arrive and this was completely accurate. When ever I telephoned to ask questions there was always someone available talk to and I was able to add the extras I wanted. Emails arrived immediately confirming any decisions made. When the car did arrive a delivery date was agreed. All paperwork was sent and I did not pay for the car until I had inspected it and taken it for a drive. All in all an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them. The car I have bought is stunning!!

I was introduced to UK car discount by my brother in law. He hadn't used them before but had heard of them.
I researched as much as I could, but I couldn't find a great deal of information about them out there. The discount on the car I wanted was substantial. I was going to save at least £4500. This has to be too good to be true I thought?
Anyway, I specced the car I wanted,with various optional extras and paid £1000 deposit on my credit card, which I could always claim back if need be.
I ordered in September 2021 and was told to expect the car circa March 2022 due to the well publicised worldwide shortages. I was willing to wait.
However, in December 2021 I received a call to say my vehicle was ready to be delivered. It`s free driven delivery to your door, but I decided to pay an extra £250 to have it brought on a transporter.
The vehicle was delivered. Brand spanking new, factory built to my specification with 5 miles on the clock.The transporter driver waited whilst I checked it over thoroughly. When I was happy, he left. I then went inside to make the bank transfer to pay the final balance for the car.
The entire process was quick and very easy. Brian and Harley were on hand at anytime to answer my questions, be it via email or phone call.
I will never buy a new car from a dealer again. This has saved me thousands of pounds. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend UK Car Discount and can guarantee I will be using them again in the future for next car.

The experience from start to finish has been excellent. I have been kept fully informed all along the way and my car was delivery ahead of schedule which I am delighted about. I couldn’t be happier with my new car and also the price I paid for it. Brian has been particularly helpful, always easy to get hold of and has kept me fully updated throughout the process. I’ve never bought a big item online , especially not a car . All I can say is What an amazing service & why I didn’t think about doing this before . I can’t thank Ryan, Harley & Brian enough for all the work they did to get my new car to me.
They kept me informed all throughout the process. Even with the delays within the new car industry regarding microchips , any questions I wanted answered they delivered . My new car arrived yesterday & I’m over the moon with it , even better was the price I paid , well below what a dealer was asking . I’d definitely be using these guys again & recommending them to my family & friends. 10/10

E-mails were replied to by return and they were readily available to speak to on the telephone.
