Unbelievable to purchase a new car any…
Unbelievable to purchase a new car any hassle and yet with a discount. The process right from the beginning to the end is great: customer service is great, staff communicated with me very effeciently, i requested a couple of quotation requests, including changing my order, yet they are were polite & happy to change my order. The delivery was on tjme - the driver was helpful & called me about 20 minutes before arrival. Payment process is straighforward both when paying the deposit & balance. I paid the balance the same day after the car was delivered & accessed my email the receipt to Brain Bennet, but he has emailed me to say he has received the balance. I then contacted my insurer to insure my new car but they were unable to generate the quote. I then called Brain to discuss. He said that it would take 1 week for my car's Registation details to be in the insures' database because my brand new car was registed in my name & my jnsurer can enter the Reg. details manually. I then discussed Brain's tips with my insurer & it got sorted out immediately! I will certainly purchase a new car from Discount UK for my wife jn future. REALLY RECOMMEND OTHERS TO BUY FROM UK DISCOUNT TO SAVE MONEY & EXPERIENCE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THEIR STAFF - WELL DONE BRAIN BENNET!

The whole process from ordering our new car to the actual delivery was extremely straight-forward and the staff were always friendly, professional and helpful.
