Can't fault the service from UK Car Discount. Buying my new car through them was really easy and I was kept up to date by chat, phone and email, throughout. And I saved £3,300 on the list price (of £26k).
Despite coronavirus restrictions, the process was straightforward and done exactly as scheduled. And yes, it's true, I didn't need to pay for the car until I had taken delivery and was happy.
Overall, a superb job by Brian and Harley, who routinely responded to my emails and queries within minutes.
I shall definitely use UK Car Discount again in the future. Well done.

If you are looking for the best value on a new car, then UK Car Discount is it. Saved £8k, more than double elsewhere. Car delivered as ordered and on time. V5 received in 3 weeks from DVLA.

They were readily available on the phone to discuss queries, made the ordering process effortless, were upfront about estimated lead times (which were accurate) and kept me informed. Buying a new car this way was very straightforward. The only issue was that the vehicle was a factory order and not from stock, the quoted delivery from Ford was extended by 5 weeks then subsequently brought back to around the original quoted delivery date. Generally a safe and satisfactory experience.

This is the second time I have bought a car from UK Car Discount. The first time, I was very nervous, because I had never bought a new car online before, and the price seemed too good to be true. However, I was so impressed by the service I received that I had no hesitation in using them again. The savings that you can get on new cars are incredible! (£5,500 this time!) I did compare them with other online car brokers, but their prices were easily the lowest. The staff in this family-run company work extremely hard, and they respond to e-mails very quickly, either by the same medium or by phone. No question is too stupid, and they are always friendly, polite, informative and very efficient. If I ever buy a new car again, they will be the first port of call. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

First time I have purchased a new car via uk car discount limited and found it to be a very easy experience.
The staff were excellent to deal with and the car was delivered exactly as promised at 8.15 am.
Nothing is to much trouble for these people and I can recommend them 100%.
