This was a very simple process and everything went as stated.

Yes I got a new car at a great price, but be warned if there is a problem they're not interested in sorting it out. I received my lovely new car and was enjoying it while I waited for the V5C document, when it didn't arrive, I contacted them & at first they said to wait a bit longer, so I did. when I contacted them again they said they would look into it and come back to me straight away, they didn't. the third time (I'd had the car about 3 months by now) they email me to say it was registered with the DVLA incorrectly & they were sorting it out with the DVLA. A few more weeks passed, I emailed them (I was emailing them because each time I phoned I was told I get a call back and never did) I was told the car was registered in my name but the wrong address, but when I phoned the DVLA I was told they couldn't give me any information because the car was not registered to me. In one of there emails they suggested I sent of a V62 to register the car myself (and they would reimburse the £25 fee), so I did this and after having the car for 5 months I finally received my V5C document, showing me as the second owner of the vehicle. I emailed them only to be told it didn't matter, and they wouldn't be refunding me any money.

Went through all the bull with options etc. Got what looked like a great price offer. To then get to speak to a person... Ah, wee problem. There are actually non available. Despite the website saying there were.
Same again for a Seat Ibiza 1.5l evo. Non actually available, despite the website indicating they were.
Complete waste of time. This isn't the only so called great deals, online only purchase site that pulled the same trick.

I was very wary of purchasing a car on line because of all the scams that happen. After a few checks I was satisfied that UK Car Discount was a genuine Company and arranged to purchase a new car. I found the people at UK Car Discount to be very helpful and am now an owner of a new Suzuki Vitara. I have no hesitation in awarding them 5 stars.

Brian and the guys are a joy to deal with. They return calls, deal with questions knowledgeably and most importantly the car turned up when they said it would, at the price we agreed and personally delivered by a very friendly chap who had got up at 4am to get here at the time agreed. And then add payment terms that only require me to settle the balance once I have checked the car over, it is probably the best online seller out there at great discounts.
