I have just bought my new car using UK Car Discount's on line service. It was so easy and completely secure and reliable. Brian and his team are very professional and guide you through the process with out any of the experience one gets buying from a dealership. There is none of the confusion you get when using a normal new car sales person with all the smoke and mirrors.
With UK Car Discount, you tell them the car and specification and they come right back with their best price & delivery to your door. If you except you pay a small deposit on your credit card - this is for your protection - and no more until after the car has arrived and you are completely satisfied the car is in excellent undamaged condition & the spec your wanted. All UK Car Discount ask is that you pay the balance via a same day bank transfer payment.
It is that simple. Even the delivery driver was very pleasant and knowledgable and took a lot of time to unload the vehicle and explain the controls before leaving. What I received was the exact car I wanted and the condition was what you would expect if it had just rolled off the inspection line at the factory. The best part though is I saved thousands over the dealership price. Delighted with my new car and can wholeheartedly recommend UK Car Discount.

Bought Skoda Octavia Vrs May 2017. Great car, great price, arrived on transporter from dealer 25 miles away, well presented, ready to go. Hiccup with reg docs, registered to 3 doors away, didnt know till got speeding ticket!

Yes I got a new car at a great price, but be warned if there is a problem they're not interested in sorting it out. I received my lovely new car and was enjoying it while I waited for the V5C document, when it didn't arrive, I contacted them & at first they said to wait a bit longer, so I did. when I contacted them again they said they would look into it and come back to me straight away, they didn't. the third time (I'd had the car about 3 months by now) they email me to say it was registered with the DVLA incorrectly & they were sorting it out with the DVLA. A few more weeks passed, I emailed them (I was emailing them because each time I phoned I was told I get a call back and never did) I was told the car was registered in my name but the wrong address, but when I phoned the DVLA I was told they couldn't give me any information because the car was not registered to me. In one of there emails they suggested I sent of a V62 to register the car myself (and they would reimburse the £25 fee), so I did this and after having the car for 5 months I finally received my V5C document, showing me as the second owner of the vehicle. I emailed them only to be told it didn't matter, and they wouldn't be refunding me any money.

Went through all the bull with options etc. Got what looked like a great price offer. To then get to speak to a person... Ah, wee problem. There are actually non available. Despite the website saying there were.
Same again for a Seat Ibiza 1.5l evo. Non actually available, despite the website indicating they were.
Complete waste of time. This isn't the only so called great deals, online only purchase site that pulled the same trick.
