1st Class company
After deciding to purchase my new car from UK Car Discount I ordered the car to my specification over the phone and paid the deposit by credit card for additional security.
I was then told the car would be a factory order and would take approximately 14 weeks to arrive, no problem as I wanted the new '18'plate anyway.
15 weeks later in the glorious sunshine the car was delivered to my doorstep on the back of a car transporter in pristine condition and to the exact specification to which I ordred 'Perfect'.
After checking it over inside and out to my satisfaction I then paid the final balance via bank transfer to UK Car Discount, almost instantly I received my final invoice back by email and a courtesy call from Brian at UK Car Discount.
The whole process was so easy and hassle free and the savings made buying from these guys and not a main dealer was fantastic, over 6k better off.
Today a week and a half after delivery I've received the V5 form from the DVLA confirming me as first registered keeper.
As for the lads at UK Car Discount, I found them all to be very helpful and professional in the whole process, always at the end of the phone to answer any questions.

Beware , the company were excellent up to delivery of the car , but on querying why i have not been supplied with a V5 Registration Certificate
which you would assume came with the car - nothing- totally ignoring my emails.
It would appear that you have to source this yourself at your own expense.

After visiting my local Ford dealers and using Car Wow for quotes I eventually came across UK Car Discount online. I was initially unsure but after having viewed their Trust Pilot reviews I got a quote for my Focus ST Line X. I saved nearly £8000 on list and £4000 cheaper than any other quote.
Their customer service and support really is 100% and you can tell the company is run as a family business as everyone is a pleasure to talk to and will help in every way possible.
I paid the deposit over the phone, had updates of the car delivery, had the car delivered on a trailer to my home, paid the balance and have now received the DVLA log book. I was initially sceptical of buying a car in this way but I can't recommend them high enough and would always buy a car through them in future.

Purchased my new car from UK car discount. Despite circumstances beyond their control my car was still delivered on the allotted day, it was late and dark though.The driver said sign the paperwork accordingly. In the morning I gave the car a good look over, it was in perfect condition. You pay for the car when it's on your drive,what could be better. I've received the log book 1st registered keeper. Bargain price ☺
Superb experience
Superb experience, smooth transaction, super team, answered all questions immediately. No risk paid the deposit with a credit card and paid the rest in full after delivery. Even better saved substantially on the dealers who could not touch the price UKD gave me.
This is the way to buy a car. I will be back to do this again.
