Excellent service
Excellent service. A big decision to buy a new car over the internet but totally vindicated by the service and the price. No protracted negotiations with Ford dealers with confusing options and strategies to get more money out of you, just select the car you want, add the options, get the price and await delivery. You don’t even pay the full balance until you are happy with the car. They even beat Ford main dealers for delivery times as I wanted additional options. The team answered all of my questions and got everything just right. I would use them again.

UK Car Discount were swift to respond to the initial enquiry, kept me informed of progress every step of the way and the correct car arrived at my doorstep exactly when they said it would. Kudos to Harley Bennett for great customer service. I will definitely get this company to organise my next car when this lease expires.

I love my new car but it took longer than I expected and there was an item missed off the spec. However they were very helpful in the main and I would recommend them.

Brought my new car through uk car discount it was made so easy. no pushy salemen, I just told them what I wanted they gave me the price and that was it. it turned up when they said it would. would not hesitate to buy from them again only had to make a couple of calls mainly for my benefit and some information. You think internet eh but no issues at all.
Great Mondeo
I recently purchased a Ford Mondeo 2.0 Diesel TDCi ECOnetic Titanium 5dr hatchback with which I am extremely pleased. Because it was so competitively priced, coupled with the fact I purchased online, I must admit, I had concerns over the after sales service I might experience. But having raised a problem with UK Car Discount, any concerns I had were immediately laid to rest with the after sales service I received directly from Brian, who is always available at the other end of the phone.
Excellent value and delivered on time straight to my front door.
