Fabulous Focus
I have just taken delivery of a new Ford Focus 1.5 Titanium X. The experience was once again 5 star. No problems, and Brian was always at the end of a phone if I had a query. I love the fact that you don't part with the balance of the car price until you have had chance to inspect your new car. I wouldn't buy a new car any other way. Excellent value, very good customer service, car made to order, delivered to our front door two weeks ahead of time, what more could you ask for? Don't know how to use all the gizmos but learning very quickly.
Sorry to see the old Focus go after 15 years problem free motoring hope the next one gives the same service!

First time I have bought a new car online. Would have no hesitation in using this company again. You are the first registered owner and after the deposit no money changes hands until the car is on your drive and you are completely satisfied with the vehicle. Payment is easy and safe. The staff are extremely helpful and respond to emails and phone calls promptly.

They were always calm, curteous and very helpful. We had never bought anything as expensive on line previously but their detailed instructions of what we needed to do and when were very precise and easy to follow.

Best way to buy a brand new car.
I bought a brand new car to my chosen specification for less than an almost new car from a garage. It was delivered to my door on a trailer. The only money I'd paid was a £1000 deposit and the rest was paid when the car arrived. No hassle, no problems. What's not to like? Why doesn't everybody do this?

Very efficient family run business, who were all very helpful throughout the buying process of our Honda.
Initially fine with very good price but …
Initially fine with very good price but thereafter not so good as communication was pretty much one way- from me to them. Always got the feeling that I was a nuisance ( and when your spending many thousands of pounds that ought not to be the case).
Car Order placed in February and told it would be delivered in June. In spite of seeking assurances that this was definitely the case a week before, was told the day before delivery that UK- Car Discounts didn't know when it would be delivered after all and crucially couldn't confirm that it would have the full spec. Then had to cancel and start again and this time went through CarWow. No problems and delivery of new Audi scheduled for September- good price and superb communication.
