As I was planing and looking forward to get a new car for some time, it was important to me to deal with people who can deliver and execute what they promised.
I done my homework and picked the car of my desire, called UK CAR DISCOUNT, on the other side a very polite/professional/friendly man explained to me how it works, delivery, payment, etc. .... ALL went according to the plan and to the promise I received. ALL was great re:communication. ALL was great when I received my car outside my doorstep.

Efficient Easy Pleasant Economical Speedy Focussed
The team do what they say they will do and respond quickly. They obtained the car when I wanted it, in the colour I wanted, when my local dealer said it did not exist. Response was rapid, dependable and if the answer was not immediate it was soon available. The price is right, you know who you are talking to and it is a pleasant experience, without having to listen to dealer twaddle, or hump around different dealerships. All done from your own chair.
My only minor complaint is that the car was delivered six hours later than expected, not really a problem but it would have been better to have been kept up to date without having to chase.
This is where I will buy my next car.
