Excellent Service I would strongly recommend
Efficient Easy Pleasant Economical Speedy Focussed
The team do what they say they will do and respond quickly. They obtained the car when I wanted it, in the colour I wanted, when my local dealer said it did not exist. Response was rapid, dependable and if the answer was not immediate it was soon available. The price is right, you know who you are talking to and it is a pleasant experience, without having to listen to dealer twaddle, or hump around different dealerships. All done from your own chair.
My only minor complaint is that the car was delivered six hours later than expected, not really a problem but it would have been better to have been kept up to date without having to chase.
This is where I will buy my next car.

My purchase went very smoothly - yes delivery was 2 weeks later than I would have liked - but nobody could beat what I was given. The price of course was excellent and I was informed of the process all the way through. I very happy so far and am looking forward to many years of motoring pleasure with my fuel saving, VED zero, car.
Great Service
First time I have used the internet to buy a new car and, despite doing significant initial research, I still had reservations. UKDC's informative website dispelled several of my initial concerns and everything about the subsequent ordering and delivery process went exactly to schedule. No issues of any sort and I am delighted with my new vehicle and the level of support & assistance available from UKDC if required. Will definitely recommend them to friends & family in the future.

car was delivered on time & as ordered saved £7000 on the car , i could have bought the car cheaper elsewhere but had to pay for it weeks before delivery & without seeing it, uk car discount delivered it & left it with me before payment,,,,,worth the extra for this as you never no who you are dealing with but they were true to there word...i will use them again highly recomend them.........

I had no problems at all. All communications to and from were dealt with quickly and I was provided with all necessary information. My car (Mitsubishi Outlander) was to be delivered sometime after 2pm. At 3.45 it had not arrived and they actually phoned me to see if it had arrived and said they would chase it up and confirmed it was on its way so I didn't have to do anything and the car was delivered to my door.

Very simple pricing policy. Quickly confirmed spec of car I wanted was available for delivery in early March. Confirmed delivery date a month before and stuck to it. Efficient delivery and payment process. Couldn't fault the experience.
