Excellent - Everything as Promised
The team were really helpful, we specified several options which were no issue. The cars were available several weeks early, the delivery driver was really friendly and stayed for some time to show us some key features on the car. And last but not least the price was fantastic. I will use UK Car Discount again.
Superb car - superb service
The customer relations of this company could not be bettered. The car took longer to arrive that at first forecast but that was a Skoda problem - not UK Car Discount. The old saying that "if it sounds too good to be true then it will be" could not be further from the truth with these people. I was kept informed every step of the way and all my stupid questions and worries were dealt with. It did not stop with delivery and payment for the vehicle - I had a lovely thank you call to let me know the money had been received and assurances that should I have any future concerns, they will be only too pleased to help. This has been followed up with supporting emails. I cannot sing the praises of this company high enough. Thoroughly recommend!

I bought a RAV4 which arrived in Dec 2016. Ordering process was easy and the team answered all questions I had. Price was best I could find anywhere. Once the delivery date was agreed they were in contact with me to explain payment and delivery process. It took a while to get car, but this was a Toyota process not U.K. Car discount. Excellent and trustworthy and I'll buy my next new car from them.
Professional and efficient
Everyone was polite courteous and efficient . They responded very quickly to emails and the phone was always answered. I would definitely buy a car in this way again . The delivery man was excellent too , he had the car to me by 10.30 although he had driven for 4-5 hours from Bolton . I am very happy

From the initial contact by telephone to the delivery of the car, everyone at UK Car Discount was very professional and explained the full buying process. Delivery lead-in was as advised. Car was delivered to my door in pristine condition.

Great Company
We were very apprehensive buying a car this way as it was the first time we have bought a new car other than from a main dealers. We were assured by UK Car Discount that we only paid a deposit and no more until the car was delivered and we were happy. They also explained the buying process with them, so we decided to place an order, still with trepidation.
UK Car Discount took our order and advised us they would notify us when they had date for delivery to the dealer. This they duly did and we awaited the given date.
On that day we were phoned and offered a delivery date which we were unable to take so were offered any day from the following Monday. We agreed a date and the new car arrived by transporter on the day and, after inspection, was left with us.
We made completely sure all was well and paid over by bank transfer the outstanding balance. We received shortly after a final receipt confirming our payment.
The whole process was as described, the car was brand new with only 8 miles on the clock, as we haven't had the V5 from DVLA, because the car was only delivered 2 days ago , we can't confirm registration details as first registered keeper but we feel confident now that this will be as UK Car Discount offered.
In all a very good experience and a saving of More than £10000 on the dealer prices we were quoted. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them and recommend them to anyone.
