Fantastic service, got the exact Skoda model we wanted and at a far better price than from the local dealer, with none of the irritating sales hassle. I would and have thoroughly recommended this company for car purchases. Very straightforward and clear system once you have decided on the car you want. Major bonus is it's all done from the comfort of your home.

First time we have bought a car in this way, so was a bit unsure, but we needn't have worried! Website was easy & straight forward to use to order car. Staff were very helpful & we were kept informed throughout the process. We paid an initial small deposit at point of order, but we liked the idea of having the car delivered to our house & being able to inspect it before we had to pay for it. It was delivered exactly when we were told it would be, & we had no problems what so ever. Absolutely love the new car & love the service we received! Comes highly recommended.
Brilliant
This is the second car I have bought with UK Car Discount and just like the first one it was simple, quick and the car was delivered in 7 wks. compared with a dealer quoting 8-12 wks for the identical car. Cannot praise this company and the staff enough. Sick of dealing with franchised dealers who give you nothing unless it is something they want to get off their hands I suggest you use UK Car Discount.
First class, great price and service
I wanted to buy a new car for a small charity and I found that prices offered on the Internet were significantly lower than not just authorised dealerships but also independent brokers. Now buying a new car is not an everyday purchase and so, like many people I imagine, I was nervous about entrusting £20k to a company with only an Internet presence, which I had not heard of before.
In the end, although they were not the absolute cheapest (but nevertheless very competitive), I chose UK Car Discount because of the good reviews, the openness on their About Us page allowing easy checks at Companies House and other registrations and, not least, the fact that, apart from a £500 deposit, you only pay for the vehicle after you have received it.
The process could not have been easier. Having chosen our selected model I was given an estimated delivery date. The office staff were helpful and polite with my telephone calls. The vehicle arrived on the agreed delivery date in pristine condition on the back of truck with 5 miles on the clock and after a quick once over the final payment was made via Internet banking. The V5 registration document arrived in the post 2 weeks later with, as requested, the charity name on the document as first owner.
I couldn’t have been happier with the price and service received and would use them again in the future.
Excellent - Everything as Promised
The team were really helpful, we specified several options which were no issue. The cars were available several weeks early, the delivery driver was really friendly and stayed for some time to show us some key features on the car. And last but not least the price was fantastic. I will use UK Car Discount again.
Superb car - superb service
The customer relations of this company could not be bettered. The car took longer to arrive that at first forecast but that was a Skoda problem - not UK Car Discount. The old saying that "if it sounds too good to be true then it will be" could not be further from the truth with these people. I was kept informed every step of the way and all my stupid questions and worries were dealt with. It did not stop with delivery and payment for the vehicle - I had a lovely thank you call to let me know the money had been received and assurances that should I have any future concerns, they will be only too pleased to help. This has been followed up with supporting emails. I cannot sing the praises of this company high enough. Thoroughly recommend!

I bought a RAV4 which arrived in Dec 2016. Ordering process was easy and the team answered all questions I had. Price was best I could find anywhere. Once the delivery date was agreed they were in contact with me to explain payment and delivery process. It took a while to get car, but this was a Toyota process not U.K. Car discount. Excellent and trustworthy and I'll buy my next new car from them.
Professional and efficient
Everyone was polite courteous and efficient . They responded very quickly to emails and the phone was always answered. I would definitely buy a car in this way again . The delivery man was excellent too , he had the car to me by 10.30 although he had driven for 4-5 hours from Bolton . I am very happy
