Trustworthy, dedicated to getting it right
Brian and the team at UK Car Discount will go to any lengths to get it right in my experience. We had some bumps in the road with the delivery that were not of UK Car Discount's making. In the end and after the third car was delivered, I am very happy. I found them attentive, responsive and they never tried to do anything but fix the problem as soon as they possibly could. I suspect they are out of pocket on the deal, but that never seemed to be an issue for them, unlike with many main dealers. I will use them again.

Its simple and easy to order the car of your choice with a very good saving against the main dealer prices. You pay your deposit and then sit back as Brian and the team do everything else.
I ordered a FORD MONDEO DIESEL ESTATE 2.0 TDCi Titanium [X Pack] 5dr with a few extras. The V5 document was received a few weeks after delivery and everything was in order. You can pay the deposit with your credit card to get some consumer cover. I settled the account with an on-line bank transfer after I had taken delivery and checked the car over. I opted to take delivery direct to the house so my new toy arrived with only a couple of miles on the clock. Everything went smoothly thanks to Trevor from the delivery company.

Like many, I was wary of buying a new car over the internet, having never purchased any sort of car like this before. I have always bought my cars 'nearly new' before, but this time, the right model for just not coming up on the second hand car market. Therefore, I looked into the price of a brand-new Ford Mondeo, Titanium X.
Main dealers were £1000s more than I was prepared to pay. Buying this way saved me about £5000 and allowed me to have the exact specification I wanted at a heavily reduced cost, but with no shortcuts whatsoever regarding the quality of the product, as it came direct from the factory.
I put down my £1000 deposit in July and the car arrived in October. I did not need to pay the full balance until the car was delivered and I was satisfied with its condition on arrival (it was mint). I am delighted with my purchase. The only down side was not being able to 'trade in' my old one (I sold it privately) but I can easily live with that with these discounts.
If I buy brand new again, I would certainly only consider doing it this way again. It makes little sense to go through the old processes, when there is an option to buy this way. I would recommend to anyone wholeheartedly.

Never thought buying a new car could be so straightforward, the service we received from Brian, Harley and team was excellent, any queries were dealt with in a polite and professional manner with the car arriving inside the estimated delivery date. We chose trailer delivery again the service was superb everything was explained in full the delivery driver even suggested coming for a short drive with us for this we were very grateful.
