Buying a new car online is a bit of a leap of faith...How do they leave a car in your posession that you haven't even paid for?!
The process is systematic (therefore easy to understand!) and actually very slick, but if you have any doubts whatsoever, give them a call and they'll put your mind at ease.
Very friendly service, struck me as a small family concern and they get to know you, I didn't just feel like another number to them.

I was a little apprehensive to say the least with the prospect of making such an important purchase online. But I must say it has been brilliant. Brian and his team were always at the end of the phone to answer any queries and our magnificent, red, top of the range Mazda 6 sport nav 2.2 arrived yesterday on a low loader, to the door with just 11 miles on the clock. We are delighted with both the car and the brilliant service we received from UK Car discount. We shall certainly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Just as a lot of others have said, I was a little apprehensive about using UK Car Discount as the prices seemed too good to be true. However after googling and reading a lot of reviews, I decided to go with them. I'm very glad that I did as the whole process was straightforward and the team at UK Car Discount were impeccably professional and polite throughout. The lead time on the car was not bad and it was delivered on the day stated. I was pleasantly surprised to find that car mats were included. The car is great; it is just as if it had been bought from a dealership - apart from the price!

UK-Car Discount delivered my new Focus on time and with no problems. I, like many other people, are/were sceptical about buying a brand new car through the internet. Not any more - I did my homework on several sites and this one looked promising so I ordered my Focus knowing that I wouldn't have to fork out lots of money in advance. Sure enough, the updates I received were informative and the car arrived within the time period without a hitch. If you are concerned about the company then from my standpoint I have no problem recommending UK-Car Discount to anyone. The main advantage is simply cost - main dealers put a huge mark up on new cars and it is quite frankly a con. Buying through UK-Car Discount is cost effective, easy, efficient and the car still has the warranty cover that is offered by main dealers.
I will indeed use them again in the future.
