I am very satisfied with the way this company dealt with my purchase of my new car.It was seamless start to finish.Nothing was too much trouble.
Simple
After general browsing on the internet and a visit to a local dealer I settled on a Skoda Estate. I used the UK Car Discount website to get a number of quotes on a range of models and extras before deciding on which one to get. Everyone was helpful from there on and the car arrived yesterday. The end result is a great car at a great price.
Surprisingly straight forward - Outstanding result
Having never purchased anything expensive "on-line " I was initially wary of buying a car this way.
However, my fears were soon allayed by the professional, courteous and easy to understand explanations that were provided by UK Car Discount's friendly staff to all of my questions.
I was probably most concerned about how to pay for the car. But a £500 deposit on order, and the balance due only AFTER receiving and examining the vehicle, put my mind at ease.
My car arrived 2 days earlier than expected and was delivered on a low loader (I happily paid the small extra sum for this as I wanted only a few miles on the clock)
I am over the moon not only with the car, but with the knowledge that my substantial discount will pay for a family summer holiday.
Excellent all round
I had the car I wanted delivered to my door within a few weeks, saving well over 3k in the process. Can't fault anything, the staff were always very polite and helpful and kept me informed with any update and were more than happy to answer any questions I had.

All New Ford Mondeo
On 2nd April I took delivery of a new Ford Mondeo Titanium X Powershift. It's a beautiful and sophisticated car and I am very pleased to own it. The standard of the finish is superb and Ford appear to have thought of everything when they designed it; with some help from Microsoft who contributed the onboard computer system which is called "Sync". Buying this car from UK Car Discount saved me nearly £5,500 compared with the quote I received from my local Ford Main Dealer. The ordering process was easy to understand with all of the steps confirmed immediately by email. This was the 3rd car that I had bought from UK Car Discount. I was touched by the fact that the delivery driver had taken the car to be washed and dried before he bought it to my door because it had got dirty on the back of his transporter due to bad weather on the motorway. You can't ask for better customer service than that!

Dead easy, great service
This was a very easy and stress-free way of buying a car. No haggling, no game playing. It's the first time I've ever had a brand new car - I never thought it was worthwhile financially, but at UK Car Discount's prices, it definitely is! They were helpful and efficient from the start, and everything was clearly explained. You really can't get any smoother than this.
A shout out also to the delivery driver, Dean from Autologic - he went out of his way to deal with a last-minute hiccup with the transporter, and got my shiny new car to me all the way from Yorkshire to Gloucestershire by 7am on the delivery day. A very friendly and helpful chap!

We were kept informed throughout the process of purchasing our Ford Fiesta Titanium. The ordering of the car was straightforward. The car arrived on the specified date and arrived on a low loader. The car had a few dirty marks on due to the adverse weather conditions but the driver cleaned it for us in order that we could fully inspect it. He gave us as much time as we wanted and gave us information about the vehicle before handing the keys over to us. He only asked for a signature when we were fully satisfied with the car. We had initial concerns about dealing with an online company for such a big purchase but would not hesitate to do the same again and would recommend the company.
Great car buying experience.
Initially a bit apprehensive about making such a costly purchase (a new car) over the internet. The savings were obvious in comparison to buying from a main dealer just concerned about the service and payment. No need to have worried: telephone conversations clear and reassuring, kept informed throughout the process, delivery efficient and as arranged, payment made (after initial deposit) once vehicle arrived and checked over. Would recommend to anyone buying a new car, can't see me stepping foot inside a main dealership again!
