Amazing service
I was quite worried at first when deciding to purchase a new Fiesta over the Internet. Some sites seemed dodgy, wanting full payment before the car was delivered. What if it was just a toy car! But by using UK Car Discount I was saving £3k on the local main dealer so went ahead. They did not want full payment before the car was delivered, and only requested a small deposit. Easy to reach by phone and email for all my queries. I was kept informed regarding the expected delivery date which was arranged to suit me. Excellent service all round.

Excellent and different purchasing experience
After a lot of trepidation at purchasing on-line I need not have worried as the purchase of my vehicle went through satisfactorily. The only downside was a delay in receipt, which was a manufacturers supply-chain problem and not a problem with UK Car Discount. The UK Car Discount website even had a link to very satisfactory on-line company for selling my old vehicle. All in all a very good experience as I managed to save £4-5000 on the overall purchase/sale and obtained a car I might not otherwise have been able to afford.
Excellent experience but a long wait
Orders a Nissan Quashqai in July 2014 and had to wait until Janauary 2015 to receive the car. Nothing to do with UK Car Discount, all problems were with Nissan production. Anyway, received the car - No issues, perfect condition and extremely helpful delivery driver - even cleaned it on his way to us. Fantastic saving over buying from a dealer - more than £2k better than the best dealer price. Communications were also good, honest and helpful. Would definitely use again.

the only downside was that the car arrived quite dirty and needed to straight to the car wash but when you take the saving into consideration it's not that bad having to do so.

I ordered a Skoda Octavia SE Estate with a few additional features. I had never bought a car over the internet before and was somewhat anxious about doing so but the discount on offer compared to the local dealership made it worth the gamble of the £500.00 deposit. The guys at UK Car Discount always replied to my email enquiries and were very courteous and helpful. 12 weeks after the order was placed the spanking new car was delivered to my address in immaculate order with only 6 miles on the clock. After viewing the car I then paid the balance by an internet bank transfer, no pressure at all and really easy. I would recommend this to anyone. I did not have a trade-in so cannot comment on how that would work, but I am more than happy with the transaction and would definitely go down the same route for future purchases.

Excellent decision to purchase my car through uk car discount, this was not the cheapest deal around but was the best regarding payment of the car after delivery to my home address. Any concerns i had were resloved by there staff who were more than happy to help at any time which for my self included a specification change to my vehicle before it was completed! Hope to have the pleasure again in the future and save more than was offered by other dealers within and around my area.
Excellent service - honest, helpful and I saved £000's
I was changing my car, and looking at second hand, but could not find the exact spec I wanted, so I got some quotes from UK Car Discount (website is very easy to use) and was amazed at the prices. Did some more research, chose my car and called to confirm the order process. They were extremely helpful and put me at ease ordering a car like this. Placed the order, and car was delivered to my home address quicker than expected (with full dealer pre-delivery checks) - Communication was excellent, I now have the exact car I want, registered in my name as first owner, and saved nearly £7k. Easy, safe way to buy a new car at unbeatable price
I bought a Nissan Qashqai from UK Car Discount and am delighted by the whole shopping experience. The company gave exceptionally good customer service answering all my questions, were timely in their correspondence and walked me through each stage of the buying on-line process until the car was delivered on time and in pristine condition.
I would definitely recommend this company without hesitation if you want a fantastic price and great customer service - so much better than my local dealerships in every way.
